Returns Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

Please keep your return tracking number for reference, as we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed return packages during transit.

Return Conditions Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Refund Processing Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse, it will be inspected and processed within 7–14 business days. After the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
